Health Care Tips

Hi everyone,
Here are some healthy tips that I am aware of. Please try to follow for long life
1.Every morning after brushing have atleast half litre of water which should in room temperature.
2.Take breakfast in between 9 to 10 AM which should include lots of fruits and veggies.
3.The best and healthy breakfast is cornflakes with oats with low fat milk.
4.Always better to have milk than coffee and tea. Drink atleast 2 cups of milk per day
5.Eating sprouts with dates everyday keeps diseases away.
6.Eat combination of all sprouts which you get nowadays in any kind of market within your budget.
7.Have lunch in between 1 to 2pm which should include lots of veggies, leafy vegetables etc
8.Low fat food is the best option to keep you healthy and slim
9.In between 4 to 5pm have some lite snacks like fruits, carrots, sprouts etc.
10.In between 7 to 8pm have very light dinner like rotis, pulkas,upma etc. and some butter milk.

Note: Morning breakfast eat like a KING, afternoon lunch eat like a SERVANT, night Dinner eat like a BEGGER.
If you follow this rule, you will keep slim and healthy.
